1) How do I place an order with you?
Online, over the phone, and in-store.
2) How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Customers can pay with money orders, or credit card by phone. Cash accepted only in-store.
3) How will I be billed for shipping?
Shipping will be added to the cost of the order along with any applicable taxes.
4) What is your return policy?
Returns/Exchange with receipt - 30 days. Exchange Only with or without receipt after 30 days. Exchange only without receipt.
Any customer returning a special order part will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
5) What happens if a product is out of stock or on back order?
We will notify the customer that item is out of stock/back ordered and we will notify them when we have the product back in stock.
6) How long does it take for a customer to recieve an order?
Order will usually ship within 24-48 hrs after the order is processed and payment is recieved.
